Beth Beghou has helped life sciences companies around the world address sales and marketing issues for more than 30 years. Drawing on a deep understanding of commercialization strategies in the pharmaceutical industry, she has worked with both emerging and established companies on incentive compensation planning, sales force sizing, territory design, targeting, and more. Beth earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in French and economics from the University of Nebraska. She was a senior engagement manager at a global sales and marketing consultancy before founding Beghou Consulting in 1993.
