As VP, Human Resources, Erin will lead Beghou’s employee experience, drive exceptional internal service delivery, and foster an inclusive, dynamic culture. She has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, overseeing people strategy in the areas of performance management, M&A integrations, compensation, benefits plan design, HR technology, people analytics, communication and change management. In her most recent position with VillageMD, Erin designed and implemented initiatives that supported employee engagement, development, and performance management. She earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources and organizational development from Loyola University Chicago.
