As Chief Operating Officer, Jeff develops and enhances Beghou Consulting’s operating models, drives execution of strategic initiatives, and manages functional teams. He has experience in corporate strategy, revenue and operating model development, and cross-functional leadership in service organizations. Prior to joining Beghou, he was Chief of Staff for the Operations Excellence practice at digital services firm West Monroe. Jeff earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and was a Woodruff Scholar at Emory University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology. Outside of work, he is a sustaining member of the Lincoln Park Zoo’s Auxiliary Board.
