For nearly two decades, Sreya Chattopadhyay has helped companies implement analytics to track the success of their customer engagement efforts. For the past decade, she has worked closely with life sciences companies to measure omnichannel marketing programs and generate anonymized patient data-based insights using machine learning and predictive modeling strategies and techniques. Currently, Sreya executes omnichannel marketing measurement, patient finder analysis and forecasting efforts. She works with diverse analytical datasets and applies machine learning algorithms to design and implement innovative solutions across therapeutic areas in life sciences. Sreya earned a master’s degree in economics from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Calcutta.
